We are partnered with a fast-growing fintech platform to hire Senior Account Executives for an event-driven, relationship-first sales model. Instead of high-volume cold calling, you'll build a pipeline by attending multiple founder/VC events each week, nurturing warm introductions, and closing net-new mid-market customers.

Attend 1 - 3+ in-person networking events weekly; host/partner on community gatherings as needed Source, qualify, and close self-generated opportunities; build multi-threaded relationships Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through contract and handoff Meet prospects in person throughout the week; schedule additional meetups beyond events Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene; forecast accurately; collaborate with GTM leadership Help refine event playbooks, local partnerships, and territory strategy Skills and Competencies
Required
3+ years in a closing sales role (startup environment preferred) Experience selling SaaS, software, or financial services products Familiarity with the SF startup/VC ecosystem; comfort engaging founders and executives face-to-face Proven self-sourcing and net-new acquisition track record Comfortable with frequent after-hours events; strong communication and follow-through Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools Desired
Background at small fintechs/financial operations platforms Former founder or VC/accelerator experience Experience selling expense management, corporate cards, or business banking platforms Event planning/execution and community-building skills What's In It for You
Competitive base ($75k - $150k) + uncapped commission with accelerators at 120%+ equity included.
