This pivotal role focuses on performance tracking, pricing strategy, and enhancing our sales team's capabilities through deal desk review and approvals. You will drive the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance analytics while managing a talented FP&A team. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience, particularly in the B2B SaaS or payments sectors, coupled with strong financial acumen. You must possess at least 5 years of leadership experience in financial and strategic planning, in addition to 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, accounting, and analytics. Proven success in pricing strategy development and deal desk reviews is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead annual strategic and financial planning processes Track company performance and report to stakeholders Drive pricing strategy and support deal negotiations Manage the FP&A team to deliver high-quality analytics Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred Strong skills in financial modeling and budget forecasting Excellent project management and leadership capabilities Results-oriented mindset with Strategic Thinking.
