Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician!
Responsibilities:
Enjoy a safe working environment while adhering to all safety policies and programs.
Read blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, and hydraulic drawings to define work requirements.
Install, align, dismantle, and relocate stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyors using hand and power tools.
Inspect machinery and equipment to identify irregularities and malfunctions.
Troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Adjust and repair machinery as needed.
Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks, and forklifts for machinery positioning during installation and repair.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative work by cleaning and lubricating machinery.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of AC/DC wiring methods, drives and motors, PLCs, and mechanical systems.
Pneumatics and hydraulics experience.
Design and fabricating skills would be a plus.
Preventive & predictive maintenance experience on production machinery.
Mill and lathe experience, along with Fanuc/Robot experience are also advantageous.
Experience with CMMS systems and conveyor systems.
Qualifications:
All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards a minimum of a 2-year associate degree.
