We are Hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to Join Our Team!

Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will collaborate closely with the accounting team to manage payables, oversee vendor management, and handle cash management. You will be instrumental in processing payments via wire, ACH, or check, recording transactions, reconciling credit card statements, managing vendor information including W-9 and bank details, and participating in various ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable coding and handle approximately 200 invoices per month.

Manage daily payables entries and execute payments via check, wire, ACH, and credit card.

Reconcile credit card statements monthly and request receipts as necessary.

Maintain vendor information and manage vendor relationships.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in accounts payable and invoice processing.

Experience with payment processing and reconciling credit cards.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas.

One or more years of experience with an ERP system such as Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, JDE, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the insurance industry or financial services organization is preferred.

Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a close-knit environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
