Position Summary
We are seeking licensed
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
in Florida to join our dynamic and growing team. As an SLP at Sequoia Care, you'll assess and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized speech-language therapy plans Deliver direct treatment in senior living setting Address speech, language, cognition, communication, and swallowing needs Educate and train residents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff Document resident progress and revise treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal outcomes Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current SLP license in the state of Florida
(required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Senior living or similar experience preferred Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers CPR certification (as required by facility or state) Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills Passion for improving residents' quality of life through evidence-based care What We Offer (Full-Time):
