About the Role
Join our team as the Vice President of People Operations, where you will play a crucial role in scaling our HR function to meet evolving business objectives. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you will shape and implement our overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with our unique business model and growth stage. Your responsibilities will encompass leading all HR operations—from talent acquisition to compliance—while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, demonstrating excellence in problem-solving, innovation, and executive advising. Experience in post-M&A integration, especially regarding cultural integration and policy alignment, is essential. We seek someone with a minimum of 10 years in HR leadership, particularly with a background in IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). A deep understanding of MSP business models, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies is required, alongside a history of successfully scaling sales teams and driving significant revenue growth.
This role demands a strategic thinker capable of hands-on execution and adept at managing strategic partnerships and complex sales. Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales automation will be advantageous. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or HR certification, and a strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
