Responsibilities Job Purpose
The Land Administrator is responsible for managing land administration issues to support the development, construction, and operations of Pattern’s large-scale North American wind, solar, and storage projects. This role provides support for purchase acquisitions, administers land agreements across numerous projects, assists in developing new outreach processes with various internal teams, serves as a liaison to other Land Administrators, offers guidance on contractual terms when requested, and helps prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Manages real estate payment obligations for assigned projects and sets up landowner agreements in Pandell software and documents status in departmental Check Log, to ensure timely payment of all obligations and provides payment explanation/statements to landowners for assigned projects, where applicable
First point of contact for payment related issues. Refers serious issues to management
Supports Developer budget inquiries
Responsible for cultivating positive landowner relationships for assigned projects
Responsive to Landowner Hotline inquiries for assigned projects
Travels to landowner meetings to represent Land Admin, for assigned projects
Qualifications Educational Requirements
College degree preferred
Required Work Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
in real estate/land administration; minimum of five years of experience in land administration related to renewable energy development
Additional Requirements
College degree preferred and minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate/land administration; minimum of five years of experience in land administration related to renewable energy development.
Advanced research and writing skills.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Consistently deliver on deadlines.
Excellent organizational communication skills (oral and written).
Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Travels to landowner meetings to represent Land Admin, for assigned projects
