Job Description
Manage project accounting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for ongoing and completed projects. Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals and timelines are met. Monitor project costs and identify variances to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to project accounts. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in project accounting. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 8 years of expereince in construction industry Knowledge of construction ERP tools Knowledge of project accounting principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with teams. What's on Offer
