POSITION SUMMARY
:
Responsible for processing and completing general functions within Mortgage Loan Servicing, including but not limited to closing/boarding loans, applying payments, completing rate changes/setting, and loan maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
Servicing (100%) Board new loans and maintain accurate loan records on servicing system. Process loan payments, loan payoffs, loan disbursements, escrows (e.g. insurance and taxes), loan transfers and annual statements (1098). Provides customer service and resolution to customer inquiries and complaints. Process demand payoff, verification of mortgage requests and payment history requests. Prepare reconveyance documents confirming completeness and accuracy of payoff amount received. Reviews and monitors taxes and insurance policies for adequate coverage and delinquencies. Setup initial escrow accounts and perform maintenance on payment schedules, billing schedules, escrow records, etc. as required.
Provide outstanding service utilizing communication and negotiation skills to resolve delinquent accounts. Review, route, and process mail items, received.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other relevant Business fields is preferred Minimum 3 years of servicing experience in mortgage lending, e.g. loan review, processing, and documentation is preferred Knowledge of state and federal laws, compliance regulations for residential mortgage loans Knowledge of Fiserv system is preferred Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneous in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth oriented environment Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and the ability to learn new systems/applications PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Minimum mobility to work in an office setting; sit for prolonged period of times; operate office equipment including use of a computer keyboard; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 30 pounds or less. COMMUNICATION DEMANDS

Attention to detail, strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, self-motivated, and analytical skills, ability to interact with all levels of management and staff. Mandarin speaking preferred. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $25/Hourly - USD $33/Hourly plus full benefits. Exact offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
