About the Opportunity

Firmo is seeking an experienced Project Manager with ground-up hotel construction expertise to join our growing Atlanta team. As a key leader in our commercial construction management firm, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of new construction projects-from preconstruction through closeout-ensuring projects for top hospitality brands like Hilton and Marriott are delivered on time, on budget, and with Firmo's standard of excellence.

You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, and quality control while collaborating with the superintendent and coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.

This is an on-site, full-time role based in our Atlanta, GA office, with regular travel throughout the Southeast for project oversight and client engagement.

Have proven success leading commercial projects from pre-construction to closeout. Be an expert in ground-up commercial construction, with hospitality sector experience strongly preferred. Be highly proficient with Procore and other construction technology to maximize project performance. Demonstrate strong ability in scheduling projects and maintaining tight budget control. Exhibit strong leadership in managing subcontractors and vendors to align with project goals. Be skilled in interpreting construction documents to guide execution and resolve issues. Uphold and promote a culture of integrity, excellence, accountability, and collaborative teamwork. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage all phases of ground-up hospitality and commercial projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout. Lead project teams and coordinate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee project financials: create and maintain budgets, track costs, and manage buyouts to maximize profitability. Maintain and update Procore for project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress tracking. Administer contracts and review subcontractor invoices for accuracy. Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Support Preconstruction with estimating, value engineering, and early project planning. Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers and field staff to foster professional growth. Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities to expand skills. Qualifications

5+ years' experience in ground-up commercial construction project management, with hospitality project experience strongly preferred. Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred). Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project (Required) OSHA30 & CPR certifications (available to complete upon hire). Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and manage complex schedules. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Requirements

Valid driver's license with clean driving record and willingness to travel for regional project oversight. Credible professional references available upon request. Ability to visit and navigate active multi-story construction sites as needed. Ability to occasionally lift and transport project-related materials, such as documents or equipment. Benefits
