Join a dedicated team providing 24/7, 365-day support to patients who use heart monitoring devices. This Heart Monitor Call Center handles inbound and outbound calls, ensuring patients receive timely assistance and education on their monitoring equipment.

This is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity with structured training and growth potential for dependable and empathetic candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service to patients using heart monitoring devices

Educate patients on device usage and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Maintain accurate patient records and document all calls in system

Follow HIPAA guidelines and handle all patient data confidentially

Collaborate with team members to resolve patient concerns efficiently

Requirements:

Typing Speed: Minimum 35 to 45 WPM with accuracy percentage

High school diploma or GED required

0 +1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Comfortable navigating computer systems and databases

Must be open to working either Saturday or Sunday

Training Schedule (Mandatory On-Site):

Week 1: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Week 2: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 3: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 4: Transition to assigned shift and team integration on production floor

Pay Details:

$15.00 per hour
