One call shift per week (7:00 PM – 6:30 AM); call every 5-6 weekends (48-hour call from Saturday 6:30 AM to Monday 6:30 AM)
Cath Lab RN Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab RN experience
Critical care nursing experience required
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
Proficiency in Cath Lab pre, post, and intracath procedures
Cath Lab Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care for cardiac catheterization patients
Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure monitoring
Assist with intracath procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
Respond to cardiac emergencies and participate in on-call rotations
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to facility protocols
