Automation Test Lead . As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Alpharetta, GA
or be willing to relocate to this location. This position may require travel in the US and Canada. At least 4 years of software testing experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Test Automation Lead Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle. 4+ years of demonstrable experience in automation technologies including - Rest Assured, Selenium (Test NG and Cucumber Framework) Expertise in Java Language (Core Java). Proficiency in usage of SQL queries for databases or large datasets Knowledge and experience of working in Banking domain. Experience in Agile methodology and DevOps with Integrating automated tests in Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline In-depth knowledge of test management software (e.g. Jira and xRay) Good Communication and team management skills Good to Have Qualifications
Experience using AI tools (Copilot) for test design & automation Experience in Playwright Experience in JMeter Expertise in working with XML, XSLT, and JSON formats Experience in hands-on Python programming language Solid knowledge in Spark and experience in leveraging Spark The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
