Overview: Seeking a reliable, responsible, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations in a busy medical/physical-therapy office. Prior experience working at a medical front desk is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience • Verify insurance (Medicare and in-network plans) and patient eligibility • Manage scheduling, confirmations, and new patient case setup • Maintain accurate records and uphold HIPAA compliance • Collaborate with therapists, aides, and administrative support • Oversee virtual assistant tasks and ensure office flow
Qualifications: • Proven experience in a medical or physical-therapy front desk role • Strong knowledge of insurance verification processes • Excellent communication and multitasking skills • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office • Detail-oriented, dependable, and patient-focused
