In this vital position, you will play a key role in guiding the financial direction of the organization and driving growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing all accounting functions and financial activities. Collaborating with the Executive Team on forecasting and budgeting. Preparing financial statements and regulatory reports. Leading a skilled team in various financial operations. Staying informed on policies and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Conducting or coordinating audits as necessary. We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (a Master's degree is preferred). A CPA designation is also preferred. You should have at least four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access is essential. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
