Architectural Project Manager for Restaurant and Hospitality

Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and project delivery from conceptual design through construction administration. Manage client relationships, ensuring that project objectives and deadlines are met while maintaining design quality and integrity. Direct and mentor junior staff, overseeing documentation, detailing, and collaboration with consultants. Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to effectively manage project budgets and timelines. Serve as a primary contact for client presentations and jurisdictional reviews. Project Expertise:
Candidates should have proven experience in managing projects in one or more of the following areas: Restaurants,
particularly high-end. Hospitality , including hotels and entertainment venues. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in architectural projects. BS in Architecture and/or MS in Architecture. 5+ years of experience specifically in Restaurant or Hospitality projects. Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and permitting processes. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and design software tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. CA Registered Architect/NCARB License preferred, but not mandatory. What We Offer: Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.
