Description Conduct thorough evaluations of patients from pediatric to geriatric populations utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods. Craft individualized treatment plans addressing both immediate goals and long-term needs in communication, cognition, and swallowing. Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to synchronize care strategies. Provide educational resources for patients and families to aid their progress outside clinical sessions. Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions in speech therapy, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the therapeutic journey. Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Engage in continual professional development to stay updated with advancements in the field through ongoing education and peer collaboration. Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not fully ASHA-certified. Certifications

State licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of employment. Skills

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods across all age groups, with comprehensive knowledge of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Strong interpersonal communication skills, fostering connections with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
