Job Description Job Description Master Scheduler Location: On-site - Westborough, MA Salary of the Master Scheduler: $100,000 - $110,000 Summary: The Master Production Scheduler is responsible for the Manufacturing Production Scheduling and Tracking for all critical operations based on customer requirements, material and capacity. Production schedules must be realistic & executable. The Master Production Scheduler must interface/communicate directly with all departments including planning, production control, manufacturing, engineering and program management to identify customer requirements and address any/all scheduling/manufacturing constraints or bottlenecks to ensure proper execution to production schedule. Responsibilities of the Master Scheduler: Develop and manage a rolling 3-month production schedule to optimize team workflow. Create and maintain Excel-based tools for Revenue Planning, Kit Drop Planning, and Master Production Scheduling. Provide visibility to leadership on monthly and quarterly performance metrics. Ensure on-time delivery and accurate shipment of committed revenue. Support risk planning and decision-making processes at the site level. Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Possesses senior level planning knowledge with a thorough understanding of MRP planning and capacity planning principles. Proven people skills required, must have ability to work effectively with others while handling internal pressures. Must be advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to create and work with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational and problem solving skills required. Must be a team player and highly motivated. Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling or production planning. ERP experience required (Epicor preferred, but open to other systems). Must be self-driven with strong resilience and the ability to work under pressure ("tough skin" required). Must be willing to travel to Longmont, CO during onboarding to shadow existing processes and attend meetings. Onsite role only (no hybrid or remote option).
