Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee high-end and technically complex construction projects from start to finish-ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and unmatched quality. You'll manage client and architect relationships, direct field operations, coordinate trades, and uphold the company's high standards for safety, communication, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle: pre-construction through close-out. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes. Coordinate permitting, inspections, and logistics with city officials. Partner closely with Superintendents and design teams to anticipate challenges. Manage contracts, change orders, financial reporting, and requisitions. Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and internal teams. Foster positive relationships with architects, trades, and ownership. Uphold safety, quality, and the company's professional standards. Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience managing high-end residential or complex commercial projects. Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Deep understanding of construction trades, sequencing, and fine finishes. Proficient with MS Project, Excel, and project management software (Procore preferred). Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License preferred. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and quality-driven. Why Join
