Exempt/Salaried Join our dedicated team at Bleuler Psychotherapy Center, a trusted nonprofit organization with over 70 years of service in Queens, as a Mental Health Outpatient Clinical Supervisor. In this influential leadership role, you will oversee clinical quality, staff development, and service delivery for our licensed outpatient programs. This position requires LCSW licensure and extensive experience in supervisory roles within mental health settings. Your Impact: Lead clinical supervision for therapists and interns, ensuring adherence to OMH standards and fostering a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring productivity, billing, and clinical documentation. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of clinical staff. Conduct annual performance evaluations, establish growth goals, and proactively address performance concerns. Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance in documentation and service areas. Facilitate staff scheduling and PTO coverage to ensure seamless client access to services. Participate in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. Provide temporary backup coverage for clinicians when needed, handling client support and group sessions. Manage a small caseload, if necessary. Collaborate with the Compliance Officer and Clinic Operations Manager to address safety and critical incident concerns. Foster a work culture that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and clinical innovation. What You Bring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-R) in NYS (required). Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health (required). At least 3 years of clinical supervision or leadership experience (required). Proficiency with diverse populations, especially children and adolescents with complex mental health needs. Familiarity with EHR platforms, clinical reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of OMH regulations, HIPAA, and documentation best practices. Strong organizational, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Cultural competence and sensitivity with diverse communities; bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred. Flexible availability for both daytime and evening hours.
