We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner
with a strong background in
DevOps
and
Kubernetes (K8s)
technologies to join our team. This is a critical role for delivering cutting-edge container-based solutions within a secure, high-performance cloud environment. You will serve as the technical liaison across development, operations, and stakeholder teams to drive product strategy, execution, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap for container-based services and cloud-native DevOps solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog. Partner with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable Kubernetes (OpenShift and native cloud) solutions. Drive the creation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and operations. Ensure Kubernetes cluster design aligns with application workload needs, including infrastructure sizing and stack monitoring. Integrate Azure Security Baselines, AquaSec policies, and remediation protocols into container orchestration. Oversee the development of Terraform Enterprise (TFE) templates to automate test environment provisioning. Ensure compliance with internal bank information security standards for container services. Lead development and publishing of documentation for client onboarding and product operational workflows. Collaborate with CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) to maintain robust and secure K8s environments. Publish roadmaps for cloud product maturity, production readiness, and operational excellence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree
in a relevant technical discipline. 7-8 years
of professional IT experience in the
financial services
industry. 3+ years
as a
technical Product Owner , preferably in containerized or DevOps-heavy environments. Experience designing K8s infrastructure, managing cluster workloads, and enforcing security protocols. Proficiency in
Azure
services, including
network ,
security controls ,
managed identities , and
service principals . Deep understanding of
Terraform ,
Kubernetes , and
Azure DevOps
(AZ-400 Certified preferred). Hands-on experience with
automated deployment templates ,
cloud-native monitoring , and
log/event tracking . Strong background in Agile methodologies and tooling. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technologies to executive-level stakeholders. Experience in publishing roadmaps and onboarding documentation for production-grade cloud services. Technical Skills and Tools Kubernetes (K8s)
