JOB PURPOSE The Lead Operations Investments Analyst is acritical resource responsible for the strategic planning, financial oversight,and execution support for capital investment projects that directly impactOperations and facilities. This role is primarily focused on deliveringhigh-impact projects for facilities infrastructure, material handlingequipment, and operations. The Lead Analyst leverages strong project managementand procurement expertise to ensure all investments are analytically sound,financially compliant, and successfully delivered to maintain and enhanceoverall efficiency and network capacity. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: (50%) Lead operational projects that directly impact our physical assets (facilities, equipment, and operations). Lead start-up investment and expense projects for new facilities, ensuring critical operational infrastructure is ready. Define and control project scope, requirements, and objectives Be able to dive into and maintain knowledge of all regulatory requirements, codes, and internal standards for facilities across the Mobis network Break down complex tasks, establish accurate timelines, and rigorously assess and mitigate risks and opportunities related to construction, equipment installation, and operational readiness. Manage meetings, track and facilitate projects progress, with all contractors, vendors and departments participating. Proactively resolve issues, and communicate clear, consistent status updates to all stakeholders. Manage schedules request updates and ensure plans and targets are met for each individual projects. Contribute to executive investment planning and prepare compelling project presentation decks for senior leadership. PROCUREMENT: (20%)
Develop comprehensive business cases and present capital proposals (Facilities, Equipment, Operations) to management, linking spending directly to Operations goals. Manage Sourcing and Negotiation: Direct the full RFQ process, lead deal structuring and contract negotiations for high-value assets and services, and secure favorable terms and compliance Oversee Cost & Vendor Performance: Validate all project costs, control purchasing spending, and proactively manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality for both capital projects and urgent repair needs. Monitor the vendor's activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials to support project completion. Help and support team members in handling purchase orders, making sure supplies arrive on time from suppliers, and handling invoices to complete orders. Oversee project deadlines, progress, and outcomes to ensure a timely launch Identifying key contractual obligations, risks, and variances from standard terms. BUDGET CONTROL AND INVOICE MANAGEMENT: (10%)
Review, endorse, and track project budgets and spending. Support the development of annual capital investment plans for the distribution network. Collaborate with procurement and project teams to manage budget variances. Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, coordinating with suppliers and internal finance teams. Audit invoices for discrepancies and maintain expense reports. Assist financial administrators in annual budget creation and ensure GLs remain in good standing. Support analysis of operational forecasts to maintain blanket POs and financial health. NETWORK SUPPORT: (10%)
Dive into and maintain knowledge of all regulatory requirements, codes, and internal standards for facilities across the Mobis network Automation Learning & Development: Demonstrate a strong willingness and aptitude to learn and understand the automation process (robotics, advanced equipment, control systems). This includes proactively developing foundational knowledge of related technologies to support the long-term needs of Operations. Continuous analysis of PDC equipment requirements based on updates in employee headcount and IB/OB volumes. Collate Capital Expenditure requests from all SCM sources (PDC Managers, SCM HQ Management Team, Coordinators) and submit Budgetary summaries for review and approval Monitor and measure supplier performance based on cost, quality and delivery criteria. Assist team in ensuring all owned facilities remain in good repair OTHER DUTIES: (10%)
Support the purchasing department's continuous improvement initiatives. Review project proposal Suggest improvements to MPA and Vendor purchasing systems to improve efficiencies, communication, and lead times for deliveries. Perform ancillary duties as requested by management KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Successful completion rate of investment projects Support SCM departments in cost/savings analysis. Maintain accurate real-time status updates on on-going projects Pro-actively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact a Lean program, project or business condition. Critical issues are to be discussed with management for visibility, direction and alternative solutions Work Schedule

Education Requirements
Bachelor in Business preferred 4 year college degree in Business Administration or equivalent a plus. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
4-6 years of automotive experience preferred Project management Supplier relations management Experience with supplier quotations and bidding process Contracts administration experience Select and manage vendors, obtain quotes, negotiate price/services and award contracts.
