to join their team. This position is responsible for performing equipment set up and assisting with troubleshooting of injection molding machines and ancillary Equipment.

$21.00 - $24.00 and a $2.00 shift differential Hours:
2:00pm - 10:30pm (Monday through Friday) Essential Job Functions / Primary Responsibilities:
Perform mold setups according to procedures/standards. Knowledge of injection molding machines and ancillary equipment such as material handling systems, dryers, ultrasonic welders, etc. Coordinate with Scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Assist in troubleshooting issues as appropriate. Continually suggest and implement ideas to improve setup efficiency, as well as safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. Education:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Desired
2-year technical degree
Experience:
Required
1-4 years of experience
Desired
5+ years, including experience with clean room medical device manufacturing
