Pay Rate: $2,433 Weekly Gross
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a Medical Surgical Float. This role requires a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and the ability to provide high-quality patient care. The RN will assess patients' needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects, while ensuring safety for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Provide safe, patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit. Recognize and address safety concerns; utilize patient lifts and other equipment appropriately. Function effectively in high-stress situations with creative problem-solving skills. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, including prioritization and delegation. May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed. Maintain excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure:
BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA)
