Job Description
Join a dynamic inpatient surgery unit that provides comprehensive care to a diverse patient demographic with varying needs. The nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and managing multiple patient treatments in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide post-operative care to patients, including pain management and wound care. Administer IV medications, pain medications, and TPN as needed. Manage various treatment protocols, including wound vac management and CBI. Conduct regular assessments and document vital signs, intake and output, and pain assessments. Collaborate with a charge nurse and nursing assistants to ensure optimal patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current nursing license (BLS certification required). Experience in handling post-operative care and medical surgical patients. Familiarity with technology such as MASIMO monitoring and EPIC software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick bed turnover. Why ARMStaffing?
