Job Description
Supervise daily construction activities on municipal projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Enforce safety standards and ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulations. Collaborate with project stakeholders including local government, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations. Inspect work for quality assurance, ensuring all aspects meet project specifications and government requirements. Proven experience in managing municipal construction projects with a focus on public sector requirements Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise staff and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards for public projects Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to collaborate with government officials and project teams Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation with strong attention to detail What's on Offer
