Compensation:
$70,000 - $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)

Lead and complete residential electrical service projects Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle Mentor and support junior electricians as needed What We're Looking For
Required:
Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed Preferred:
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License Experience leading or mentoring other electricians Interest in professional growth and continued education
