Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer III - Northeast (Albany/Latham, NY)

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives on technical challenges? We're looking for a

Field Service Engineer III

to support our customers across the Northeast region. In this role, you'll take ownership of

PLC, VFD, and MCP programming

,

optimize processes for peak performance

, and

troubleshoot complex Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

issues.

You'll also service

Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration systems

, keeping critical water treatment operations running smoothly. Expect a dynamic mix of

fieldwork, controls programming, and system maintenance

Responsibilities:

Programming support (PLC,VFD, MCP etc.)

Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration equipment

Troubleshooting and solutioning of electrical and instrumentation systems

Controls narrative suggestions and improvement implementation

Installation of electrical components

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Safety and Environmental Compliance

Provide technical support to colleagues and clients

Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate records and documentation

Prepare reports on production processes and results to management or clients.

Qualifications:

Programming support (PLC,VFD, MCP etc.)

3 year's experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and simulation software.

Knowledge of physical chemical water plants.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Travel: 50% of the time, typically home on weekends

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.?
