What You Will Do Program Manager 1 ($85,900-$139,900)
As a Program Manager for the Qualification, Test and Evaluation (QTE) team within Q-20, the W93/Mk7 Systems Development and Realization group, you will be responsible for managing a multi-year effort to plan, integrate, and execute a series of development and qualification tests that will culminate in the final qualification of the W93/Mk7 warhead.
Using P6 and the weapons integrated schedule, the successful candidate will work with the QTE PM team, qualification domain leads, test leads, hardware managers and technical and programmatic staff from other organizations to identify, develop, and manage the discrete technical and programmatic effort necessary to develop the technical basis of documentation required for qualification and certification.
The Program Manager will also be expected to identify and develop scope, manage multi-year work packages, integrate across internal and external organizations, collaborate with production agencies and fabrication organizations, manage and mitigate risk, use excellent communication skills to negotiate scope and deliverables and ensure program needs and status are clearly understood, and have outstanding teaming skills, while simultaneously demonstrating the ability to work well with a diverse team of technical and programmatic staff.

Program Management : Entry level knowledge of and experience in program management of technical work, including the development of program work scope, schedules, priorities, budget(s) and performance milestones, identifying and managing risks (threats and opportunities), reporting schedule variance and defining and tracking associated schedule variance corrective actions to closure.
Portfolio Management:
Entry level knowledge of the NA-12 (Office of Stockpile Management) based programs.
Technical Knowledge:
Ability to develop technical working knowledge of weapon component design, fabrication, assembly, test and analysis efforts.
Scheduling:
Knowledge and ability to balance scope, resources and priorities, and use software for planning, tracking, and efficiently mobilizing resources to assure scope completion. Entry level knowledge of P6 and the Weapons Integrated Schedule.
Finance:
Entry level experience in managing cost and schedule commitments for moderately complex projects.
Collaboration:
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with and cultivate strong teaming culture across all levels of technical and programmatic staff.
Communication:
Demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal, presentation, and written skills; demonstrated by successful relationship building, creating presentations and reports, and nurturing effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
Education/Experience:
Position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and 2 years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation

Dependent upon the position, additional authorization to access classified information may be required, which may or may not be available to dual citizens. Receipt of a Q clearance and additional access authorization ultimately is a decision of the Federal Government and not of Triad.
