PrideStaff on behalf of a client is seeking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician. Their team of dedicated professionals works collaboratively to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions to our clients worldwide.
Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and systems • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical components • Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints • Calibrate and adjust equipment for optimal performance • Perform equipment upgrades and modifications as needed • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements • Collaborate with engineers and other technicians on project teams • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Train and mentor junior technicians as required • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Respond to emergency repair calls as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements: • Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or repair • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles • Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
