About the Role We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Process Engineer to join our growing U.S. manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing. The position focuses on upstream dairy and food processing, with key emphasis on blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, and sanitation systems. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering, Operations Excellence, and Supply Chain teams to drive continuous improvement, enhance process capability, and strengthen product and process safety. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, or related field preferred); Master's degree a plus. 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or process-focused environment. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required. Experience in fluid processing, aseptic systems, heat treatment, filtration, or blending strongly preferred. Proven ability to design, optimize, and re-engineer processes and execute medium-scale capital projects. Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, QMS). Knowledge of process safety and hazard assessment methodologies (OSHA, HAZOP, LOPA). Proficient in AutoCAD (P&ID development), CIP, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. Skilled in statistical and analytical tools for process evaluation and improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to travel up to 10%. #LI-DR2
