Job Description
Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical/cardiovascular patients requiring advanced monitoring and ventilatory support. Operate advanced medical equipment such as central lines, A-lines, IVs, balloon pumps, Impella pumps, and CRRT devices. Assess and implement policies and procedures with minimal supervision and act as a clinical leader. Assist with patient discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare team members including RN, LPN, CNA, and support staff. Receive direction from providers, charge nurses, and supervisors to ensure high-quality patient care.
