You will strategically oversee initiatives to achieve top-tier revenue cycle performance while managing operational performance and ensuring revenue integrity. Your key responsibilities will include implementing effective processes for clean billing claims, supervising a team of revenue cycle directors, and fostering a compliance-focused environment with respect to reimbursement regulations. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs for our financial revenue cycle staff and leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall performance. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree (preferably a Master's), and at least 10 years of relevant work experience, with deep expertise in the physician practice revenue cycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is necessary, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
