This crucial role focuses on expanding and nurturing partnerships, specifically with family foundations, to support our mission. You will work closely with the Development Team, Philanthropic Partnerships Manager, and the Director of Global Philanthropy to ensure alignment between philanthropic programs, strategic plans, and multiyear goals. Key responsibilities will include supervising and supporting team members, representing the organization in leadership capacities, and staying informed on current trends in giving and philanthropy to enhance fundraising programs. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization's mission, possess a minimum of three years of experience in development, and have a proven track record in both individual and institutional fundraising. Successful candidates will excel in communication, collaboration, and thrive in a diverse, mission-driven environment. Experience in social justice movements or community organizing is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing a team and budget effectively. Proficiency in Google Suite and databases is required, and fluency in one of our program languages is a plus.
