to join our growing team. This is a
full-time role working 4 ten-hour days (4x10s)

three days off every week

Pay & Benefits: $22 to $25/hour
based on experience 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) No nights. No weekends. No on-call. Full-time, year-round position (not seasonal and no layoffs) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and disability insurance Yearly raises up to 5% Long-term career growth with a stable, expanding company What You'll Do:
Perform full apartment/home renovations from start to finish Apply
strong construction skills : framing, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and tile Renovate kitchens and bathrooms: install cabinets, countertops, plumbing, and fixtures Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs Work independently or as part of a team to meet renovation goals Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site What You Bring:
Proven construction or home renovation experience Skilled in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge A strong work ethic and eye for detail Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely use tools and equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
