Description
T&B Planning's CEQA Compliance Managers lead projects for land development, policy planning, and infrastructure projects. As a CEQA Compliance Manager you are responsible for coordinating teams of environmental technical experts, reviewing technical studies, and managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports or Statements (EIR/EIS), Mitigated Negative Declarations (MNDs), Addenda, Findings, Environmental Assessments (EAs) and public notices. You will prepare, edit, assemble, and oversee document preparation and regulatory compliance and are supported by environmental analysts and technical experts. The position also entails guiding CEQA and NEPA compliance strategy, budget oversight, schedule management, and periodic need to attend and make presentations at public meetings and hearings.
The position of CEQA Compliance Manager is ideal for a candidate that has at least 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience, has previously worked as a consultant, enjoys both autonomous and collaborative work environments, and can commit to working full time. For more experienced candidates, Senior Project Manager positions may be considered. In-office, hybrid, and remote positions are available.
