What to Expect The Sr. Mobility Business Development Associate plays a key role in supporting the operational success of the Fleet-as-a-Service initiative in our Mobility Division, a fast-paced and rapidly evolving area of the business focusing on how vehicles are financed, deployed and utilized across emerging mobility platforms.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned automotive dealers and vendors, coordinating closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure efficient inventory turn, vehicle deployment, and program compliance.

What You Will Do 1.

Dealer/Vendor Relationships ·

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive dealers and vendors participating in the Fleet-as-a-Service program. ·

Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with operations staff to ensure alignment with program goals. ·

Provide training and guidance on program processes and documentation. 2.

Inventory Deployment and Turn Optimization ·

Monitor and coordinate the lifecycle of fleet inventory from origination to deployment across various client types (e.g., rental, rideshare, delivery fleets). ·

Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve vehicle turn times and optimize dealer throughput. 3.

Client Engagement and Support ·

Partner with business development and relationship managers to support client onboarding and ongoing fleet deployment needs. ·

Ensure timely communication with fleet operators to confirm delivery expectations and resolve any inventory or financing issues. 4.

Reporting ·

Prepare status updates, deployment trackers, and ad hoc reports for leadership and cross-functional partners. ·

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turn days, utilization rates, and dealer performance metrics. 5.

Operational Process Execution ·

Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. ·

Assist in system updates and reconciliation of inventory records and financial agreements. · Reconcile and process dealer payments in line with established parameters.
