Create personalized treatment plans that focus on goal-setting to address stressors, relationships, mental health conditions, and trauma. Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy using key therapeutic techniques such as active listening and empathic responses. Connect clients with community resources and social support networks, fostering an environment of friendship and hope. Manage transition planning and follow-up care, ensuring comprehensive discharge plans are completed within 14 days. Identify and address emergency crises effectively using established crisis intervention strategies. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor. We Are Looking for Candidates Who Have: Minimum: LLMSW or LLPC licensure Preferred: Fully licensed therapist (LPC, LLP, LMSW, LMFT) who can provide therapy services independently A valid Michigan Driver's License.
