Overview As an entry level Treasury Analyst within the Middle Office, you will support the Treasury department in managing liquidity, funding and risk. You will assist in monitoring daily cash positions, analyzing financial transactions, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in finance and banking.
Responsibilities
Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements, ensuring adequate funding for the bank’s operations.
Assist in the reconciliation of treasury transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with Investment team, Accounting, and external parties.
Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly reports related to treasury activities.
Collaborate with the Investment team, Accounting, and external parties to facilitate smooth operations.
Help manage treasury systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Participate in projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency within the treasury function.
Participate in projects aimed at enhancing treasury processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Assist with the documentation of internal cash-related processes.
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in treasury and finance.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
