Role Description This full-time, on-site position is ideal for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Events Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the planning and management of events, coordinating with vendors, conducting sales presentations to potential clients, managing on-site logistics, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The position is based in Culver City, CA, and requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate the successful execution of events. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic knowledge in event planning and management Strong organizational skills Attention to detail with the ability to multitask Capable of working effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with event management software is a plus A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
