Job Description

The

Financial Analyst

will provide financial support to each area of the Finance Department. The role will require an understanding of accounting, the SAP P15 system and have the ability to analyze data and financial transactions. The role will be expected to help drive efficiencies in the financial organization by improving processes and supporting the Finance Leader as well as other departments within the organization.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES **

Pricing / Costing _

Provide quotes on new and existing items for the Sales Team

Enter customer selling prices, transfer prices, and standard costs into ERP system (SAP).

Support the contract negotiation process through price & margin analysis

Create price curves to aid in the quoting process

_

General Accounting _

Assist in the month end close process

Account reconciliations, post journal entries, ensure proper completion of SOx documentation

Work with the Finance Leader to complete the quarterly financial forecast

Review and code invoices with the proper GL accounting

Update key financial metrics for reporting performance to the organization

Backup/Support for Credit Manager: _

Customer collection activities

A/R reporting and analysis

Credit/Debit memo follow-up

Billing process oversight

Qualifications: Qualifications

MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States and Not require visa sponsorship (now or anytime in the future).

Bachelor’s degree required

At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint.

Self-motivated and self-disciplined.

Bi-lingual skills of English and Spanish a plus but not required.

Salary Range:

The expected salary range for this position is

between $75,000 - $85,000.

Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
