Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a HubSpot & Analytics Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of BAM Capital. In this influential position, you'll oversee critical projects and drive insightful reporting and analytics using HubSpot. Your expertise will focus on understanding investor trends and ensuring data integrity while collaborating with management to develop actionable business intelligence reports. Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our HubSpot system, working with an offshore technical expert to create automated workflows and campaigns that resonate with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize all HubSpot projects and analytics for BAM Capital, diving deep into investor behaviors and data accuracy. Provide strategic business analysis grounded in HubSpot data, guiding informed decision-making. Mentor an offshore HubSpot Technical Specialist for efficient project execution and alignment with business objectives. Drive the development and enhancement of HubSpot workflows, engagement scoring, and event attribution reports. Collaborate with BAM Management on the Entrata CRM, developing tailored dashboards and actionable insights. Create and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Domo and Snowflake to visualize data effectively. Facilitate seamless integrations among internal platforms like HubSpot, Appfolio, Monday.com, and AirCall. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by gathering, cleaning, and integrating information from diverse sources. Identify actionable trends and conduct root-cause analyses to uncover business opportunities and challenges. Continuously improve reporting systems to enhance decision-making capabilities. Build and validate predictive models to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation. Engage with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and gather essential feedback on data-driven projects. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation, enhancing BI solutions. Complete other assigned tasks as required. Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs. Experience managing or collaborating with offshore or remote teams. Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Snowflake, HubSpot reporting, Excel, Google Data Studio). Proven expertise in developing dashboards and reports. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Eagerness to learn the Entrata CRM; prior experience in property management CRMs is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in capital raising or financial services sectors. Familiarity with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms. Advanced skills in data analysis and business intelligence modeling. Proven experience with Domo and Snowflake.
