Job Description

Job Overview

The UPW Material Planner will be responsible for overseeing material logistics and inventory control for UPW (Ultra Pure Water) projects. This role ensures accurate material receiving, storage, documentation, and delivery coordination to support project execution and timely completion.

General Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate material receiving, inspection, and documentation according to project requirements.

Oversee material storage organization, labeling, and classification based on type and handling standards.

Track material inventory and prepare usage or shortage reports regularly.

Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.

Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

Support project logistics, including local delivery arrangements and on-site material tracking.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications

Education & Related Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Prior experience in material planning, inventory management, or logistics .

Must Have:

Fluent in Mandarin and English (oral and written).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have:

Experience in semiconductor or construction project material management.

Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced project environment.
