We are seeking a

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

to join a dynamic and expanding outpatient practice in

San Antonio, TX .

This

full-time, permanent position

offers a traditional Monday-Friday schedule with

no weekends, no hospital rounding, and no call.

The role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients, with the option to see all age groups if preferred.

843-984-0745. Essential Position Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Conduct annual wellness exams, including women's health visits, as part of a holistic care approach. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the electronic health record (EHR - eClinicalWorks). Promote health education and preventive care to support long-term patient wellness. Qualifications Education:

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP). Licensure & Certification:

Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Texas; national certification required. Experience:

Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred;

new graduates are encouraged to apply. Language:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience)
