Position – TIG Welder
Job Location – Oshkosh, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) –2nd shift
Starting Pay – $25+ per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As a TIG Welder, you'll be responsible for performing high-quality welding on a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum. You will work on custom projects and production runs, ensuring every weld meets our strict quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on various metals and gauges
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine the appropriate welding process and materials
Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Qualifications
Proven experience as a TIG welder
Proficiency in welding stainless steel and aluminum
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Welding certification is a plus, but not required
