Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients presenting with a variety of urgent and non-emergent conditions.
Perform essential procedures including suturing, splinting, wound care, and other urgent care services.
Order, interpret, and manage necessary diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging studies.
Provide comprehensive patient and family education regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Collaborate effectively with our team of urgent care physicians and support staff to deliver seamless, team-based care.
Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Qualifications Valid Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
Prior urgent care experience is required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
Schedule & Compensation Work 3 shifts per week , with
rotating weekends .
