GET FAMILIAR WITH INTEGRITY REFRIGERATION AND AC
With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model, as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience, with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more. We only use the best products and tools to work on equipment, which means we find the issue faster and more accurately, saving our customers money. By taking pictures and going into detail on all invoices, our customers know what they are being charged and why. We pride ourselves on having complete transparency on billing and prices.

GET TO KNOW THE RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend availability as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Residential Maintenance Technician, every day will be a new adventure! You'll be on the road, providing routine maintenance to residential HVAC systems and ensuring homeowners are comfortable year-round. From inspecting and cleaning air conditioners and furnaces to troubleshooting and minor repairs, you'll be the trusted expert people rely on to keep their homes running smoothly. Whether it's offering helpful advice to customers or solving tricky technical issues, you'll be delivering a service that truly makes a difference.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairs
Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment
Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams as they apply to HVAC units
Strong customer service skills – ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment
EPA Certification (required to handle refrigerants)
