Overview Join us as a Solutions Architect specializing in Amazon Connect. This role is essential to the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP) where you will take the lead in executing a strategic vision for cloud technology in the Public Sector. Your mission will be to help customers realize the potential of innovative cloud solutions while overcoming complex technical challenges. In this position, you will engage with engineers and executives alike, converting intricate technical discussions into tangible outcomes. Collaborating with AWS solutions architects, partners, and professional services, you will drive complex projects to successful conclusions. Key Responsibilities Ensure successful implementation and launching of Amazon Connect solutions for our customers. Educate Public Sector clients on the value of AWS and engage in detailed architectural discussions to pave the way for successful cloud deployment. Facilitate both one-on-one and group training sessions to impart knowledge to customers interested in or currently utilizing AWS. Capture best practices and share insights within the AWS solutions architect community. Contribute to customer-facing publications like whitepapers and technical guides. Develop significant relationships with senior technical personnel within client organizations to cultivate cloud advocacy. Serve as a technical liaison among customers, partners, engineering teams, and support. A Day in the Life You’ll be part of a team migrating and managing large-scale workloads on AWS. Engaging with technical teams, you will provide AWS expertise and directly influence outcomes for clients in the Public Sector. You will find satisfaction in educating, training, designing, and building effective cloud solutions for government customers. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures. 4+ years in technology-related fields (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, etc.). 4+ years of experience in customer-facing contact center roles, ideally within the Public Sector. BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in integrating WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in building complex multi- and omni-channel contact center solutions, particularly SaaS in the cloud. Experience with scripting or coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js). Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives, IT management, and customers. Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting. Expertise in designing robust applications with a focus on reliable infrastructure (networking, servers, storage). The compensation for this role ranges from $118,200 to $204,300, determined by various factors including location, skills, and experience.
