Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Customer Service & E-Commerce Order Entry Specialist

to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by processing online orders accurately, providing exceptional customer support, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders from multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, company website). Accurately enter and update order information into the ERP or CRM system. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide order status updates. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and accounting teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing. Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving any fulfillment or carrier-related delays. Assist with returns, exchanges, and refund processing. Maintain customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy and customer experience. Support online promotions, product listings, and customer feedback management when needed.

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service or order processing experience; e-commerce experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with order management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.). Familiarity with shipping logistics or fulfillment operations. Basic knowledge of product listings, inventory tracking, or digital marketplaces.
