Job Description
Manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements and goals are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee on-site operations and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction teams effectively. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly and effectively. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of the project. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - High-End Residential should have:
Proven experience in managing high-end residential construction projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and teams effectively.
